All room rentals includes the use of tables and chairs for up to 100 guests

All rentals have a 2 hour minimum

All events must conclude by 11pm

For events lasting 4 hours or less, the deposit is $200 ($150 security deposit and $50 cleaning fee)

For events lasting more than 4 hours, the deposit is $600 ($500 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee)

This is in addition to the room rental fee, catering costs and bar packages.

 

Catering is available from Elegant Edge Events.

Bar packages or cash bar are available.

 

Black table linens are available for $75 to cover all tables.

Centerpiece décor or other decorations are available to rent for $2-$5 per item.

When alcohol is served, uniformed security may be required at the cost of $40 per hour.

Use of prep area with sink is available for $200.

Additional staffing or decorating charges can be discussed with your coordinator.

Any credit card transactions for the bar, the deposit or to pay the final invoice, will incur a 4% processing fee.
